Alipay

I worked on two campaigns for Alipay, both with very different creative challenges. The first campaign was designed for placements across Asia, including Japan, Singapore, Korea, and Thailand. One of the main challenges was casting: we needed models who could visually represent different Asian backgrounds while being based in mainland China, thus finding the right mix of faces took extensive casting.

The second project was connected to the Hangzhou Asian Games. The shoot took place in Shanghai and we had to scout multiple locations across the city in a very short time. Working closely with a local location scouting team, we were able to find places that felt both authentic and visually strong, and the final visuals captured a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.
